Promotion of Quality Education among Children
Our education interventions are aimed towards holistic development through innovation in learning process, improvement of infrastructure and capacity-building of Teaching staff and other stakeholders
Shramik Bharti believes that children should not be forced to learn instead they must feel joy in learning. It is important that we create such environment where each child can learn as per his/her own ability at his/her own pace.
We conduct Teacher’s Training on Joyful Learning, and Develop Education Volunteers locally who are skilled in organizing Playway Learning Activities among children from Government Primary Schools in school premises and in communities.
Creating Innovative Teaching Learning Material (TLM) by education experts, developing School/Library Walls as TLM using BALA painting work, improving the school infrastructure, improving Wash facilities, development of Playground in schools and communities, are some key activities that we organize to create conducive environment for joyful Teaching and Learning.
